SPRSUN is a professional heat pump manufacturer founded in 1999.

As one of the leading heat pump suppliers in China, SPRSUN manufactures

several different types of heat pumps, including DC inverter heat pumps,

air source heat pumps and swimming pool heat pumps. They are

produced based on EN14511 standard with CCC, CE, CB, KEYMARK, SAA, ROHS,

TUV and ERP certificates. We also cooperate with leading companies such as Panasonic,

CAREL, Grundfos, Copeland, Mitsubish and Sanyo to ensure upgraded product

quality. Over the years, excellent products based on leading technology and

professional service have earned SPRSUN its reputation as one of the leading

1999

SPRSUN was founded, focusing on solar water heater.

2003

SPRSUN was involved in the first central hot water system.

2005

SPRSUN developed first commercial air-to-water heat pump and obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & CE certificates.

2006

SPRSUN’s first mass order for commercial air-to-water heat pumps was exported to Europe.

2011

The manufacturing base was built in Development Zone of Guangzhou.

2012

SPRSUN obtained 3C certificate & EN14511 test report from TUV.

2013

SPRSUN was honored as one of the top ten heat pump brands in China for the 1st time
SPRSUN’s EVI -25°C cold climate heat pumps have attracted many customers worldwide.

2014

SPRSUN was awarded as a high-tech enterprise and was once again honored as one of the top ten heat pump brands in China.

2016

The manufacturing base of SPRSUN was expanded by three times.

2017

SPRSUN was honored as one of the top 10 heat pump brands in China for the 3rd time and developed DC inverter heat pumps.

2018

SPRSUN designed the wifi control function for air source heat pump.

2020

SPRSUN enhanced DC inverter heat pumps & obtained ERP A+++ certificate.

2021

R32 DC inverter heat pumps were developed.

Factory

There are 4 production lines together, ensuring we can produce 25000+ pc heat pumps per month according to different capacity. Advanced equipment and experienced workers also enable strong production capacity.

Technology

Advance Inverter Technology
With the use of DC inverter compressors and DC inverter controllers, SPRSUN ERP A+++ DC inverter heat pumps can operate at high frequency to heat water at a faster speed. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, it will operate at a low frequency with less energy consumed to maintain temperature.

Smart Remote Control System
With the self-developed CGK online intelligent remote control system, our heat pumps are equipped with highly integrated control functions, which can be operated via a remote APP. The system is easy to manipulate, stable in performance, and is truly a smart operating system.

Ultra Low Temp Operation
The EVI (Enhanced Vapor Injection) technology is applied to our cold climate heat pumps, which greatly improves the heating capacity of the unit at low temperature. In cold climate, the heating capacity is increased by 30% compared with traditional heat pumps.

Intelligent Defrosting
SPRSUN independently developed its own PID intelligent defrosting control mode. When the defrosting conditions are met, the defrosting mode will be automatically entered to prevent the unit from defrosting confusion and energy consumption, which will improve the reliability and economy of the whole unit.

Quality Control

We all know quality control is important. Each SPRSUN heat pump undergoes strict quality tests to ensure that our heat pump units can withstand harsh weather, humidity, mold and other real-world conditions. Quality assurance is implemented throughout the value-added chain, starting at a very early stage, from system design inspection, incoming material inspection, pipe grafting control to final assembly system testing.

Certificates
As one of the top 10 heat pump suppliers in China, SPRSUN heat pumps are produced based on EN14511 standard with CCC, CE, KEYMARK, ISO, SAA, RoHS, KEYMARK and ERP certificates. Our latest DC inverter heat pumps have been rated as ERP A+++ energy label by TUV SUD, which is the highest rating available. The ERP energy label gives an indication of energy efficiency in products. A rating system of A to G is used to rate the efficiency of products such as heat pumps. In addition, in order to help our partners import our products to their countries more easily, we can even help them to apply for the certificates required by their markets.

SPRSUN heat pumps are now exported all over the world. Currently, we have a distributor and agent network in more than 30 countries.
SPRSUN also cooperates with local heat pump companies for OEM/ODM. We can customize and produce European standard heat pumps under our partners' brands.
