The Maintenance Manual of Colorful Touch Screen Controller DC Inverter Heat Pump

1、Error 03 Water flow switch

Clogged filter, resulting in low flow

Air in the pipes, causing poor water flow

Water system with valves closed or not fully open

Water pump is too small, resulting in low flow

Water flow switch is broken

Water pump is broken


Judgement method

Exhaust valve has air discharge, visual inspection of water flow is small

Check if any valve is not fully open

If the water pump output on the motherboard has power but the water pump does not turn, means the water pump is broken

• If the above can not be ruled out, you can temporarily connect the water flow switch (Water flow and COM connected together with an electric wire), forced to turn on the machine.When the output water temperature is greater than the water tank temperature of more than 10 degrees, indicating that the flow of small need to empty or replace the larger water pump, if the temperature difference is within 10 degrees and no failure to turn on the machine, the water flow switch is broken.

Solutions:

If the filter is clogged, remove the filter cap Fig. 1 and clean the filter strainers Fig. 2

Air in the pipeline must be drained from the pipeline by means of exhaust valve or live connection


Check all valves and open them all the way

If it is determined that there is no air in the pipes, after the water flow switch is temporary connected and the temperature difference exceeds 10 degrees,then the water pump needs to be replaced with a pump with a higher head and flow rate.

After the water flow switch is temporary connected, the machine is turned on without fault, replace the water flow switch if it is determined to be broken, or replace the water pump if it is detected to be broken.


2、Er 05/Er68/Er70 High press alarm

Cause Analysis:

Clogged filter, resulting in low flow

Air in the pipes, causing poor water flow

Water system with valves closed or not fully open

The hot water temp or floor heating temp is not placed in the corresponding water return pipe or blind pipe of the water tank

Pump head or flow rate is too low, resulting in low flow rate

Water side heat exchanger fouling, resulting in high pressure

Air in the fluorine system, resulting in high pressure

High pressure sensor is broken

Electronic expansion valve is broken, resulting in high pressure


Solutions:

• If the filter is clogged, remove the filter cap Fig. 1 and clean the filter strainers Fig. 2

• Air in the pipeline must be drained from the pipeline by means of exhaust valve or live connection


Check all valves and open them all the way

If the probe falls out, the probe needs to be put in the corresponding position

If it is determined that there is no air in the pipes, after the water flow switch is temporary connected and the temperature difference exceeds 10 degrees,then the water pump needs to be replaced with a pump with a higher head and flow rate.

• Check whether there is scale in the water pipes, if there is more scale, you need to use a 50% oxalic acid solution, keep the temperature at 45 to 50 degrees, turn on the pump cycle cleaning for about 6 hours (need to add a bucket of water, a separate circulation circuit), after cleaning drain the waste water, and add water to wash three times repeatedly.

If the vacuum time of the repaired machine is less than 1 hour, the vacuum level may not be sufficient and the system may have air, so the pressure gauge pointer will shake.Then needs to re-evacuate and refill the refrigerant.

If the pressure gauge pointer shows normal pressure and the pressure inside the hand controller is very high, the high pressure sensor may be broken and needs to be replaced.

If the temperature difference between the front and rear of the electronic expansion valve by hand is not significant, the electronic expansion valve may be broken and needs to be replaced.


3、Er67/Er69 Too low pressure protection

Cause Analysis:

Mainframe fins are frosting up badly

Broken airfoil causes insufficient airflow

Low pressure sensor wiring is loose

System leaking refrigerant

Low pressure sensor is broken


Solutions:

• Severe frosting of mainframe fins: Forced defrosting is required for severe frosting, and the ambient probe should be kept as far away from the fins as possible to prevent it from being covered by snow. And check whether the defrost parameters have been adjusted, keeping the initial parameters.

Broken airfoil: replace the airfoil

Check the wiring of the low pressure pressure sensor on the motherboard for loose disconnects

system leaking refrigerant: find the leak if it is leaking, repair the leak and re-vacuum it and fill it with refrigerant at the weight required by the nameplate

• If all of the above are ruled out then the low pressure sensor is broken, replace the low pressure sensor directly


4、 Er 12 Exhaust temp too high protection

Cause Analysis:

Lack of refrigerant

Exhaust probe broken

Testing methods:

• The pressure of the pressure gauge on the left in the figure below is 0, which means that the refrigerant has finished leaking; the pressure of the pressure gauge on the right is low, and the temperature corresponding to the pointer of the low pressure gauge is more than 15 degrees below the current ambient temperature when the unit is running, and the exhaust temperature is higher than 115 degrees, which means that there is a lack of refrigerant.

Exhaust probe temperature T4 still shows over 115 degrees after shutdown as broken probe

Solutions: If it is the short of refrigerant, find the leak and repair the leak. Then re-vacuum it and fill it with refrigerant at the weight required by the nameplate, or replace the probe if it is broken.


5、 Er 14 Water tank temperature sensor fault

Cause Analysis: Water tank probe wire loose/broken/broken probe

Testing methods: Check if the water tank probe is connected to T2, if it is loose or disconnected. Whether the probe wire body is damaged.

Solutions: Re-insert the probe if it is loose and dislodged, or simply replace it if it is broken


6、 Er 15 Water inlet temperature sensor fault

Cause Analysis: Water inlet probe wire loose/broken/broken probe

Testing methods: Check if the water inlet probe is connected to T3, if it is loose or disconnected. Whether the probe wire body is damaged.

Solutions: Re-insert the probe if it is loose and dislodged, or simply replace it if it is broken


7、 Er 16 Evaporator coil temperature sensor fault

Cause Analysis: Air HE coil probe wire loose/broken/broken probe

Testing methods: Check if the Air HE coil probe is connected to T6, if it is loose or disconnected. Whether the probe wire body is damaged.

Solutions: Re-insert the probe if it is loose and dislodged, or simply replace it if it is broken


8、 Er 18 Exhaust temperature fault

Cause Analysis: Exhaust probe wire loose/broken/broken probe

Testing methods: Check if the exhaust probe is connected to T4, if it is loose or disconnected. Whether the probe wire body is damaged.

Solutions: Re-insert the probe if it is loose and dislodged, or simply replace it if it is broken


9、 Er21 Ambient temperature sensor fault

Cause Analysis: Ambient Air temperature probe wire loose/broken/broken probe

Testing methods: Check if the Ambient Air temperature probe is connected to T7, if it is loose or disconnected. Whether the probe wire body is damaged.

Solutions: Re-insert the probe if it is loose and dislodged, or simply replace it if it is broken


10、 Er 10 Communication failure of frequency conversion module (alarm when communication between outer board and drive board is disconnected)

Cause Analysis: Damaged inverter, damaged motherboard, damaged connection cable between motherboard and inverter

Testing methods: Restart after five minutes of power failure, check for burn marks on the motherboard and inverter during power failure


Check the connection cable between the main board and the inverter whether secure and free from looseness


Measure whether the power supply of the inverter is normal and observe whether the main board and inverter indicator lights are illuminated




11、 Er 23 Cooling outlet water temperature supercooling protection

Cause Analysis:

Clogged filter, resulting in low flow

Air in the pipes, causing poor water flow

Water system has valves not fully open

Water pump head or flow rate too low, resulting in low flow rate

Water outlet probe damaged

Solutions:

If the filter is clogged, remove the filter cap Fig. 1 and clean the filter strainers Fig. 2

Air in the pipeline must be drained from the pipeline by means of exhaust valve or live connection


Check all valves and open them all the way

• If it is determined that there is no air in the pipes, turn on the machine and observe the temperature difference between input and output water and whether the output water temperature drops normally. If it is not normal, the water outlet probe is damaged.


12、 Er 29 Return gas temperature sensor fault

Cause Analysis:

Inlet gas probe wire loose/broken/broken probe

Testing methods:

Check if the Inlet gas probe is connected to T5, if it is loose or disconnected. Whether the probe wire body is damaged.

Solutions: Re-insert the probe if it is loose and dislodged, or simply replace it if it is broken


13、 Er32 Heating too high outlet water temperature protection

Cause Analysis:

Clogged filter, resulting in low flow

Air in the pipes, causing poor water flow

Water pump is not drained, resulting in low flow

Water system has valves not fully open

Set temperature too high and flow rate too low

Water pump is too small, resulting in low flow

Solutions:

Cleaning filters

Exhausting air from pipes totally, installating automatic exhaust valves at the highest point of the system

Water pump evacuation

Open the valve

Reduce the setting temperature

Replace the water pump with a higher head flow


Er 34 The temperature of frequency conversion module is too high

Cause Analysis:

 fan does not work when cooling

Solutions:

• single fan device can replace the main board fan plug into another socket, in addition to adjusting D01 to 0 and D02 to 1

replace motor

replace motherboard



14、 Er 44 Air temp too low

Cause Analysis:

Low ambient temperature protection parameter set incorrectly

Ambient Air temperature probe damaged

Ambient temperature exceeds operating temperature range

Testing methods:

Check if the minimum operating ambient temperature set in the parameters is a certain °C





Check that the current ambient temperature shown in the operating parameters is the same as the actual ambient temperature




Solutions:

Change the setting parameters if they are set incorrectly

Replace the ambient air temperature probe if the display does not match the actual ambient temperature

Replace the unit with one suitable for the climate of the area


13、Er 64/Er66 DC fan 1/2 fault

Cause Analysis:

DC fan damaged

Motherboard fan socket damaged

Parameter set incorrectly

Testing methods:

Check that the fan socket on the motherboard is correct



Check if the fan selection in the parameter settings is correct, select 1 for the D01 parameter and 0 for the D02 parameter for single fan machines.



Solutions:

• single fan device can replace the main board fan plug into another socket, in addition to adjusting D01 to 0 and D02 to 1

replace motor

replace motherboard

Linkage does not turn on

Fault phenomenon: machine does not turn on, touch screen prompts end linkage disconnection

Solutions: Check if the linkage switch is temporary connected. If not, temporarily connected.
