    The difference between the inverter and non-inverter heat pumps lies in the manner in which they deliver their energy. Non-inverter heat pumps usually work by turning on and turning off the system. When turned on they operate at 100% capacity to supply the high heat demand in the property. In addition, they will function as such till the demand has been catered for. Afterward, they will cycle on and off to regulate the temperatures.
     

    On the contrary, a variable speed compressor is used by inverter heat pumps to modulate those temperatures by increasing and decreasing its speed to match the exact property demand requirements as the external temperature changes.

  • Why Are Inverter Heat Pumps So Efficient?

    Inverter heat pumps are efficient because they can automatically adjust the compressor speed and change depending on that ambient temperature. This results in a more stable indoor temperature.
