SPRSUN, Guangzhou - On 28th August 2024, the foundation stone laying ceremony for the Intelligent Manufacturing Centre, the second phase of SPRSUN's new heat pump intelligent workshop, was held in Guangzhou, China. This marks SPRSUN's significant commitment to a green and low-carbon economy. SPRSUN is firmly committed to promoting renewable energy use and carbon neutrality through heat pump technology innovation. The construction of the SPRSUN Intelligent Manufacturing Centre will inject strong technological momentum into the industry and provide more green solutions for society.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Yao Zhicheng, Chairman of the Board of Directors, emotionally reviewed the development trajectory of SPRSUN New Energy, saying, ‘Each significant milestone of the company is inextricably linked to technological innovation. We will uphold the spirit of innovation, rise to the challenge, and create further successes!’
SPRSUN's air source heat pump R&D and production base project aims to build an industry-leading high-end intelligent manufacturing base, including an intelligent manufacturing center and an intelligent warehousing and logistics center. The intelligent manufacturing center will adopt a fully digital and intelligent production line, using advanced technologies such as IoT and artificial intelligence to optimize production processes and resource allocation. The new manufacturing center aims to achieve integrated production, significantly improve production efficiency reduce energy consumption through data analysis and intelligent scheduling, and improve the quality and efficiency of our products with scientific production.
SPRSUN intelligent manufacturing center is expected to complete the construction in 2025 and put it into production in early 2026. By then, the annual capacity of the new manufacturing centre is expected to reach 300,000 units, providing customers around the world with more efficient, reliable, smarter and more environmentally friendly product.
